Commercial hydro jetting in Southern California
Hydro jetting is the use of high-pressure water through a specialized nozzle to clean the inside of a drain or sewer line. For commercial buildings it is the most effective way to remove grease, soap scum, sediment and root fibers.
Snaking versus jetting
A cable is a good tool for a one-off blockage. It makes a channel through the obstruction and pulls out some of it. Jetting cleans the wall of the pipe. If the line clogs again within weeks, jetting is the better answer.
Who uses commercial jetting
Restaurants, bakeries and food producers jet to control grease. Industrial sites jet floor drains that carry sediment and wash water. Hotels and large offices jet main sewer lines on a schedule. Property managers use it ahead of inspections or sales.
